Howard L. Huntington is the author of Enforcing Your Contracts, a blog about commercial litigation in Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana. Howard is a partner of Harrison & Held, LLP in Chicago, where he focuses his practice on commercial litigation. Licensed in Illinois and Indiana, he has represented clients in both states for over two decades.  He has litigated breach of contract matters and disputes under the Uniform Commercial Code representing corporate buyers and sellers. His commercial litigation experience also includes representing entrepreneurs and family owned businesses in litigation involving claims of failure to pay for goods and services, failure to deliver conforming goods and services, unfair business practices and competition. He has represented contractors and distributors in construction defect litigation. He has successfully represented corporations, entrepreneurs, municipalities, and nonprofits in a wide variety of civil litigation, including business litigation, professional liability, construction, product liability, toxic torts, and civil rights litigation. Howard earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and earned his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law.
